He was a founding member of the London International Financial Futures Exchange (LIFFE) and became a founding partner and managing director of Seagray Fosh Futures Ltd (SGF). In 1993 he was elected non-executive main board director of LIFFE Plc, with responsibilities for several sub-committees. James held these positions for six years. In 2000 SGF was sold to ICAP Plc, the largest money broker in the world, and he assumed the position of divisional managing director. In 2004 he became partner and managing director of AIS Europe Ltd, part of a leading hedge fund administrator based in New York and London. James has demonstrated success in the establishment and sale of financial services businesses and brings to Seagray Group Ltd a strong financial markets background, together with a broad client base.
