James Campbell-Gray, CEO
James is based in London and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was a founding member of the London International Financial Futures Exchange (LIFFE) and became a founding partner and managing director of Seagray Fosh Futures Ltd (SGF). In 1993 he was elected non-executive main board director of LIFFE Plc, with responsibilities for several sub committees. James held these positions for six years. In 2000 SGF was sold to ICAP, the largest money broker in the world, and he assumed the position of divisional managing director of ICAP Plc. In 2004 he became partner and managing director of AIS Europe Ltd, part of a leading hedge fund administrator based in New York and London. James has demonstrated success in the establishment and sale of financial service businesses and brings to Seagray Capital a strong financial markets background, together with a broad client base.
Robin Houldsworth – Partner
After his qualification as a barrister-at-law (inner temple) in 1986 Robin joined the Tradition money broking group in 1987 and has had a career in the financial industry spanning 29 years. During his twenty years at Tradition he rose to be CEO of Tradindex, as well as President of both Tradition New York and Tradition Tokyo. In 2007 as CEO he took Tradindex – now ETX Capital – private. He was a member of the Compagnie Financier Tradition PLC executive Board and Global CEO of Tradition Holdings (24 countries) and CEO of Finacor Paris and Viel. Robin was also a director of Gaitame (Tokyo) an FX retail company and founded Tradinex in 2001.
Kevin Fletcher – Head of Systems & Technology
Kevin has over 20 years of experience in software engineering, with thirteen of those in financial markets. He has delivered numerous technical projects in both a senior consultant capacity and as chief technologist, with clients including tier one investment banks and several hedge funds. He has exposure to the full range of IT challenges from strategy through to writing bespoke automated trading platforms. Kevin graduated with a BEng (Hons) in Electronics and Computer Systems Engineering from Birmingham University.
